Holladay, Utah counter

Your keys to the MOUNTAIN all season

Parkwest Hafen Holdings, LLC keeps a working rental desk in Holladay, where every set of condo keys is drawn from a labelled winter drawer and checked against the unit map before it leaves the counter. From 2815 E Wanda Way, Holladay - 84117-4645, United States (US), our team pairs guests with condos that suit their season, their group and their pace. Whether you arrive for powder mornings, a quiet summer trailhead week or a long working stay, the desk stays open and the map board tells you exactly where you are going. See the full service list

Six drawers, six ways to stay

Each drawer in the winter key cabinet holds the working notes for one kind of booking. The letters do not follow the order of the cabinet because the cabinet grew as the collection grew. Reach into the drawer that fits your trip.

Ski Season Condo Rentals

Our most requested drawer. From December through April the desk holds keys to condos a short drive from the lifts, with heated entryways, boot benches and secure ski storage. Weekly and monthly season blocks are reserved early because the snow calendar is predictable but the best weeks are not. Read the ski season detail

Summer Trailhead Stays

Once the snow clears, the same condos become base camps for hiking, road riding and canyon drives. The desk supplies trailhead notes, early check-in when the unit is ready and a cooler loan on request. Read the summer stay detail

Corporate Retreat Lodging

Companies book blocks of adjacent condos for planning weeks and leadership offsites. The board lets us place teams near one another without stacking them in one building, and the desk coordinates a single point of contact for the whole group. Read the corporate lodging detail

Extended Stay Residences

Relocation, contract work and long family visits run from one month to a full season. Extended stays come with a fuller kitchen, laundry in the unit and a mid stay refresh scheduled at the counter rather than left to chance. Read the extended stay detail

Guest Services and Concierge

The desk answers the small questions that make a stay easy: where to rent skis, which canyon road closes first in a storm, how to get a grocery order delivered before arrival. Concierge notes are printed and tucked in the brochure rack. Read the guest services detail

Property Care Between Stays

Between guests the team walks each unit, checks the heating and water, restocks the kitchen basics and reports anything that needs a trade visit. Owners receive a written note after each walk through. Read the property care detail

Owner notes

A rental desk built around the map, not the brochure

Most rental offices show you a photograph and a nightly rate. We show you the unit map first, because where a condo sits in the valley matters more than how the pillows are arranged.

Parkwest Hafen Holdings, LLC was formed to manage a small, deliberately chosen collection of mountain condos around Holladay and the canyons above the valley. The company is not a listing platform and does not resell someone else inventory. Every unit on the board is one we know, walk and maintain ourselves, which is why the desk can answer a question about the second bedroom window or the distance to the nearest trailhead without checking a database.

The counter at 2815 E Wanda Way is the centre of that work. Keys live in the winter drawer cabinet. The unit map board carries a tag for each residence with its sleeping count and trail access. Brochures for the season sit in the rack beside the wood stack, and the guest register records who has which key and when it comes back. It is a simple system, and it works because the same small team runs it every week.

How the desk plans a season

Booking opens in the late summer for the coming winter, and the first weeks fill with returning guests who already know which drawer holds their keys. We hold a portion of each condo back for shorter stays so that a family who can only travel for four nights is not shut out by a season block. When the snow report turns strong, the desk does not raise a last minute price for guests already confirmed. The rate agreed at booking is the rate honoured.

Summer works differently. Trailhead stays are shorter, more spontaneous and often planned around a single hike or a family reunion in the valley. The desk keeps a lighter schedule in July and August but still answers the phone and still walks every unit between stays.

Who we host

Our guests are skiers and riders, trail runners, families gathering from several states, contractors on long assignments and small companies that prefer a condo block to a conference hotel. We host quiet groups. The condos sit in residential pockets, and the neighbours are part of the arrangement, so we ask guests to treat the shared entries and parking areas with care.

If your group needs a venue for a loud event, the desk will say so honestly and point you toward a hotel or event space in the valley. If your group needs a warm place to sleep after a long day outside, a kitchen that works and a key that turns on the first try, the drawers are open.

The counter promise

Every reservation receives a written confirmation with the condo name, the address, the arrival window, the parking note and a direct phone number for the desk. If something in the unit fails during a stay, the guest calls that number and a member of the team responds the same day. We do not hand guests to a call centre and we do not ask them to file a ticket.

Keys, drawers and the register

The winter key cabinet is not decoration. Each drawer is labelled with a unit short name and holds a tag that matches the map board. When a guest checks in, the desk logs the key number in the register and hands over a printed arrival card. When the key comes back, the drawer is opened, the tag is checked and the unit is marked ready for the next walk through.

This old fashioned routine catches the small failures early: a key that sticks, a lock that needs graphite, a fob battery that is nearly flat. Guests rarely notice, which is the point.

Where to find us

The desk sits at 2815 E Wanda Way, Holladay - 84117-4645, United States (US). Calls reach the team at +17348492036 and email arrives at rentals@rdfutahcondos.lat. Office hours and the seasonal calendar are listed on the contact page.

Visits are by appointment so that a member of the team is free to sit with you at the counter, open the map board and talk through the condos without a queue behind you.

Start with a date and a group size

Send the desk the nights you have in mind and how many people are travelling. We will reply with the condos that fit, the total cost including cleaning and taxes, and the exact arrival instructions. No account, no online cart, no automated upsell.
