During the winter booking weeks the desk may remain open later on Friday by appointment. Guests with an arrival on a closed day receive lock box instructions in their arrival card.

Three questions the desk hears often
Winter booking opens in late summer. For a popular holiday week, write by the end of September. For a mid season week in January or March, six to eight weeks is usually enough. If you are flexible on dates, the desk can often find a four night gap closer to arrival.
Yes. Visits are by appointment so that a member of the team can sit with you at the counter and open the unit map board. Call +17348492036 to arrange a time, or write to rentals@rdfutahcondos.lat with two or three windows that suit you.
Call the desk on the number in your arrival card. A member of the team responds the same day and arranges a repair or a replacement from stock. Guests are never asked to file a ticket or deal with a call centre.
